Strive

Overview:

Sanderson Recruitment acquired the Strive Internship programme from Hargreaves Lansdown in 2024 and required a full branding service. The internship has since provided 105 paid internships to Black, Asian and minority ethnic students.

The Need:

Sanderson wanted the identity for Strive to compliment their own whilst still engaging young audiences.

The Process

 I kicked off the process by hosting some brand workshops with the team in charge of Strive. The key themes from these sessions was that the internship must look exciting, fun and engaging whilst highlighting values of connection, pathways and employability.
