Diversify World is a consultancy dedicated to bridging the gap for minorities within the professional landscape. I led the company’s full rebrand, developing a bold new identity that captures its inclusive and vibrant spirit.
The challenge presented by Diversify World was how to stand out in a crowded and competitive market. To achieve this, I reimagined the brand from the ground up - beginning with a series of strategic workshops focused on refining its positioning, purpose, and value propositions.
From these workshops, we uncovered Diversify World’s core value: to redefine diversity. Through founder Romain’s passion for history and motivational speaking, we recognised his deep understanding of how diversity is discussed and perceived in professional environments - and that insight became central to the brand story.
During the creative exploration stage, I drew inspiration from flags - symbols of identity, unity, and heritage to create a logo that embodies culture and connection. This was complemented by a vivid gradient palette representing a spectrum of identity, balanced with a neutral monochrome base to maintain a professional tone.
To push boundaries and ensure the brand stood out, I introduced a 3D design element adaptable across social media, presentations, and digital platforms. The concept of “pushing the glass ceiling” became a metaphorical thread throughout the visual system, reflecting Diversify World’s mission to challenge norms and celebrate progress. I also developed a motion identity, featuring subtle flag-like movements that evoke unity and momentum - bringing the brand to life across digital touch points.
The result is a modern, dynamic, and empowering brand that positions Diversify World as a true leader in redefining diversity - through clarity, creativity, and authenticity.
