Sanderson is a global, multi-million-pound recruitment agency. After many years of working closely together, they approached me for a brand refresh that included a new visual identity, website and digital collateral.

As the business expanded internationally, their existing identity became outdated and inconsistent. The previous brand system was overly complex, with clashing colours and confusing guidelines that made it difficult for internal teams to use effectively. Sanderson needed a modern, cohesive identity that reflected their growth while staying true to their core value: partnership.

I led a series of brand workshops to uncover what truly defined Sanderson. Through these sessions, we identified that while the company had grown significantly, the essence of partnership remained central to everything they did. The aim was to create a refreshed and easy-to-use identity that continued to convey this message.

I designed a new logo that embodied Sandersons commitment to partnership, supported by a refined colour palette and simplified brand system. Alongside the logo, I led the redesign of their internal and external presentation templates and developed a full suite of print and digital materials to ensure a consistent and professional visual identity across all touchpoints.
